Delivery begins upon approval of your order and is calculated on business days from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

You will receive an email when your order is approved and also for the remaining stages of its progress: preparation, invoice issuance, shipping, and delivery.

To check the status of your order, simply access the “My Orders” option on the “My Account” page.

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Add the items to your shopping cart.
  2. Complete the purchase on our website via PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, or any other available method.
  3. Click the “Checkout” button on our site. If using PayPal, Google Pay, or other options, follow the prompts.
  4. Enter your email, name, and address.
  5. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.”
  6. If using a credit card, authorization may be required through your bank’s app.
  7. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” and confirm your delivery address.
  8. Click “Continue to Payment Method.”
  9. Enter your payment details.
  10. Click “Place Order.”

To add items to the cart:

  1. Go to the desired product page.
  2. Select your options such as color, size, type, quantity, or volume.
  3. Click “Add to Cart.”

 

To remove items from the cart:

  1. Click the Cart icon.
  2. View the items.
  3. Click “Remove” or “(x)” on the desired item.

 

To change the quantity:

Modify the quantity field for the desired item in the cart.

Approval varies depending on the selected payment method:

– Credit cards and online payment systems: Approval is usually immediate. If incorrect data is entered, you and we will be notified, and we will contact you to confirm the information.

– Bank Slip: Usually takes up to 3 business days to clear. Payments made on Friday will clear by Monday or Tuesday.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. It will also appear in your customer page on our website.

You can track your order using the tracking code sent to your email or WhatsApp once it is shipped, usually within 7–10 business days. If you buy multiple products, they may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers.

 

Tracking may take 3–10 days to update after dispatch.

No! We protect your information and only store your name, contact details, and delivery address. We do not share or sell your data without consent unless required by law.

Attention: If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately to avoid delivery issues. Address changes are not possible after 24 hours.

If items are missing or incorrect, contact us by email with your order number and an image (max. 1MB). We will resend the correct item at no cost, and you may keep the incorrect one. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours after purchase. Contact support by email with your order details. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
